Based on the provision of paragraph (2) of Article 22 of the Ordinance on Prevention of Hazards Due to Dust (Ministry of Labour Ordinance No.18, 1979), the Rules on Special Education for the Work in Dust have been prescribed as follows and shall be applied from October 1, 1980.
- The special education pursuant to the provision of paragraph (1) of Article 22 of the Ordinance on Prevention of Hazards Due to Dust shall be conducted bythe academic education and be conducted as regard to each scope listed in the middle column of the following table for not less than the number of hours listed in the right column of the same table corresponding to the subject listed in the left column in the same table.
