Chapter VIII Safety and Health Improvement Plan
Article 84
- (1) The instructions pursuant to the provision of paragraph (1) of Article 78 of the Act shall be given by the Director of the competent Prefectural Labour Bureau by the form of the instruction for the formulation of a safety and health improvement plan (Form No.19).
