What kind of accident is about to happen?
The driver of a truck is leaning out of his window to pass documents to the operator of a hydraulic shovel with the engine running that is stopped next to it.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
When the operator turned to take the documents, his clothing got caught on the control levers, causing the shovel to rotate. A worker who was standing near the back of the truck was crushed between the bucket of the shovel and the truck bed.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. When stopping an operation, lay down equipment, set the control lever lock, and turn off the engine.
2. Properly button all buttons on work uniforms.
s3. Avoid improper posture, and always get out of your vehicle to hand documents or other items to others.
