What kind of accident is about to happen?
At an intermediate disposal site, a drag shovel is being used to unload debris carried in on a truck.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
Scraping the debris using the drag shovel created a sudden cloud of dust that blew into the operator's compartment and flustered the operator. Because the operator's hand touched the control lever when this happened, the hydraulic shovel suddenly rotated, hitting the truck driver who had been standing off to the side.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Do not enter the operating range of a drag shovel.
2. When performing work that is likely to produce dust, close the windows and doors of the drag shovel, or wear protective glasses and a mask.
3. Take measures to reduce dust, such as spraying water over debris.
