What kind of accident is about to happen?
Some lumber (bundled square logs) that has been loaded onto a truck is starting to fall off the rear. Workers are trying to use the bucket of a tractor shovel to push the logs back in place using a prop. One worker is riding in the bucket to help do this.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
The tractor shovel suddenly lurched forward, causing the worker to be crushed between the lumber and the bucket.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Do not ride in machinery buckets or anywhere other than the operator's seat.
2. Refuse to operate machinery while other workers are riding anywhere other than in the operator's seat.
3. Use the proper equipment for the job, such a crane, and do not use machinery for purposes for which it is not intended.
4. Ensure that all workers are thoroughly trained in safety procedures, including activities that are prohibited at work sites.
