What kind of accident is about to happen?
A worker is trying to remove an attachment pin to replace the breaker attachment on a hydraulic shovel with a bucket.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
On lifting the boom slightly to make the removal easier, the breaker unit fell down, pinning the worker beneath it.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. When starting a machine, be aware of other workers and your surroundings, and take safety measures to ensure that others are out of the way.
2. Operators should only start machinery after receiving a signal from their coworkers.
3. Always carry out removal action on a flat surface, and take measures to prevent equipment from toppling over, such as placing beams beneath the machinery.
