What kind of accident is about to happen?
A worker is raising an aerial lift to install a ventilation duct in the ceiling of a sports stadium over the spectators' stands.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!

Because the worker kept raising the platform without paying attention to the overhang of the ceiling, the worker crushed his chest between the control panel of the frame and the ceiling.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. When operating a machine, use the point-and-call method to confirm progress while paying careful attention to upward and backward surroundings. Be attentive at all times.
2. Be fully familiar with the motion patterns (functions) of the operating levers and check how they work in advance.
3. Select equipment that provides plenty of room for the height of the work being done.
4. Perform hazard prediction training and check the situation around the work area in advance.
5. When performing work that is potentially hazardous, assign someone to serve as a guide and perform work in accordance with the work plan, while carefully looking at the work site conditions.
