Any accident foreseen in this frame?
An operator worker is operating a lift truck to move a metal container from a rack of 2.6 m height to another rack of the same height located a bit away.
Now what accident do you foresee occurring in this frame?

This is the accident resulted!
The operator backed up the lift truck with the container on the fork raised as high as 2.6 meters. But the lift truck ran against a curb and rolled over. He was injured then.

Tips for forestalling similar accidents
1. Never travel a lift truck, keeping the loaded fork at unnecessary height, when traveling. Even when a travel distance is short, lower the fork and then start to travel.
2. Make a thorough check in the traveling direction for safety, while traveling.
