What accident do you anticipate from this picture?
An operator worker wants to lift down a small size reach lift truck from a platform. He is about to back up a lift truck after putting it the fork. Now that the reach lift truck threatens to tilt to one side, another worker steps on the fork as a counterweight.
Now what accident do you anticipate from this picture?

This is the accident resulted!
Soon after the operator began to back up the lift truck, the small reach lift truck was tilted to the left side after all and fell off together with the worker. He was injured as a result.

Tips for forestalling the accident
1. Make sure that no partial load is applied to the fork, when carrying cargos.
2. Do not allow anybody else to ride on a lift truck in other than the operator's compartment.
3. Use either a crane or a vehicle capable of lifting up and down cargos.
