Any accident foreseen here?
An operator worker came close to a sludge pit, operating a lift truck equipped with a sludge bin to throw away sludge in it. He wants to throw the sludge as far away from him as possible at the edge, so while running, he raises the sludge bin high enough and tilts the mast forward.
Now what accident do you anticipate from this picture?

This is the accident resulted!
When the operator tilted the mast forward over a certain angle, the vehicle itself began to tip over, too. He was then thrown into the pit together with the vehicle and the sludge. He was hurt as a result.

Tips for forestalling similar accidents
1. Travel a lift truck with a sludge bin at the lowest position possible.
2. Do not raise a cargo on the fork nor tilt the mast forward, while running.
3. Check the running road, clean it if necessary and always keep it safe for running. When the road surface is slippery, slow down a lift truck and make tilting or lifting operations only after bringing the vehicle to a complete halt.
