What kind of accident is about to happen?
A worker is offloading cargo from a pallet raised on a forklift onto a truck.
Once he is finished, the worker is expecting to climb off the truck onto the forklift pallet, and to be lowered down to the ground on the forklift.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
After finishing the unloading, the worker tried to step onto the empty pallet so that he could ride the pallet down to the ground. The forklift operator, not realizing his intention, suddenly backed up. The worker lost his balance and was injured when he fell to the ground.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Ensure that all workers are aware that forklifts are not to be ridden in any location other than the operator's seat.
2. When loading work has to be done in high places, use equipment such as a ramp or ladder to climb up and down.
3. Ensure that all workers have undergone safety training regarding activities that are prohibited for the sake of preventing accidents, the use of necessary equipment, and the necessity of due diligence.
