What kind of accident is about to happen?
While unloading materials from the bed of a truck onto a pallet on a forklift, some of the containers started to fall. The truck driver is trying to rearrange them.

When the forklift operator left his seat to help adjust the load, the forklift moved forward, crushing the truck driver between the pallet and the truck.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Check the status of a load before loading and unloading.
2. When trying to adjust a load on a forklift, lower the load to the ground first.
3. When leaving the operator's seat, set the side brake, turn off the engine, and remove the key.
4. Do not stand in front of or behind a forklift.
