What kind of accident is about to happen?
While using a forklift to transport 15 cardboard boxes at once, some of the boxes started to slip. The operator is trying to adjust the falling boxes.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
When the worker stepped between the operator's seat and the masts (without turning off the engine first) when trying to fix the uppermost box, he accidentally hit one of the control levers, causing the masts to move. He was crushed between them and the overhead guard.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Ensure that everyone knows that they are not to climb onto a machine in any location other than the operator's seat.
2. Before leaving the operator's seat, place the loading device at the lowest position. Then take measures to prevent the forklift from moving unexpectedly, such as turning off the engine and firmly setting the brake to keep the machine in place.
3. Never let a worker stand between the masts. Never use a mast as a ladder.
4. Secure unstable loads and ensure that they will not collapse or fall over before operating the vehicle.
