| Two mechanics were
working in pair to replace a rubber pad shoe assembly of hydraulic
excavator. One on the ground signaled the other in the operator's seat to
lift up the machine using the bucket as a fulcrum. But the operator
conversely raised the arm by mistake. The machine dropped all of sudden
and the mechanic on the ground was nearly
