| A service mechanic was
working on the power unit mounted on the counterweight of heavy equipment
for foundation work. He parked his service truck of 2-ton capacity at the
rear of the machine, set up a stepladder and climbed up it for the repair
work. While he was standing on it, it swayed under his weight and almost
threw him down on the ground. |
