A worker sprained his ankle when climbing down from a bulldozer onto rocks.
A bulldozer was being repaired on site during a river improvement project.
After replacing a bolt of a blade cylinder, a worker jumped down to the ground from the arm to change the tool. He sprained his ankle when he landed on a rocky area.



Corrective Action
1. Always use a step or handrail when climbing onto or down from a machine.
2. Even if you're in a hurry, always put safety first. Do not take any shortcuts.
