When a worker opened the hatchback of a service car, a chisel rolled out and fell on his foot.

When opening the hatchback of a service car to retrieve a tool set, a breaker chisel that had been placed in the cargo bed rolled out of the car, falling on the worker's foot.

Corrective Action
1. Items that can roll around easily should be placed in a box or secured so they cannot move while a vehicle is in motion.
2. Park vehicles on the most level ground available.
