cylinder's posture |
A worker tried to lift
up a cylinder from trestles with his hands. But he could not do so,
because the piping faced downward and interfered with the trestles. Now he
tries to turn it over. |

Various Points of Hazard |

The two
trestles are a bit too wide apart from each other. The cylinder may slip
off at one end and drop on the ground. |
2.
|
The cylinder
piping may likely be damaged at the connection, if the worker gives a tug
at it. |
