Pipe burial work
Workers are burying pipes in a gutter on a roadside.



Various Points of Hazard
1. Lifting pipes this way is apparently out of the intended use of the hydraulic excavator. They may slip off and drop on the ground.
2. The slinging mode is far from satisfactory. It will all probably let fall the pipes.
3. There is no fence, nor any sign indicating the construction, nor any work guide around. There may be a collision of cars under such uncontrolled circumstances.
