The second training courses of JICOSH started on September 13, 1999.
The two courses given this time are;
1. Safe operation of Boilers Course
2. Safe operation of Press Machines Course

23 people from eleven countries/regions are participating, namely, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, the Phillippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The training lasted until October 1.
