Any accident foreseen in this frame?

A hydraulic excavator is construction a 4 -meter wide forestry road. A mountain is on the left side and a valley is on the right side. A worker is just about to pass through between the mountain and the machine. Now what accident do you anticipate from this picture?

While the worker was still walking through, the operator swung the machine, not noticing him. He was hard pressed against the slope with the swinging counterweight and crushed to death.
