Transport by lift truck
An operator is hurriedly transporting raw materials with a lift truck.



Various Points of Hazard
1. Too bulky a cargo blocks the view of the operator. He will certainly hit a fellow worker ahead.
2. A worker on the roadside will all likely get hit by an oncoming lift truck.
3. The operator has not tilted the fork back. He may let fall the cargo while running.
