[Remarks]
1.

Enter in order of treatment time and recovery time in the column of treatment time.

2. Enter in order of lower dose for the dose of test substance.
3. Enter solvent and negative control substance in the parentheses.  Enter full name of the substance name in the margin when abbreviations are used in the table.
4. Enter the data in accord with the plate of each group in first and second lines and enter the total in the third line.
5. Place the mark † to the dose if precipitation of the test substance is recognized.
6. Enter TOX in the column of the number of cells observed when the dose at which the chromosome observation was disabled due to cell growth inhibition is stated.
7. When the column of "others" is used, state the contents in the margin.
