    Pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2, Article 34-3 of Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (ML Ordinance No. 32, 1972), the standard to be satisfied by test facilities, etc. is prescribed as follows and applied on and after October 1, 1988.
