The Ordinance on Prevention of Hazards Due to Dust has been enacted conforming to the Industrial Safety and Health Law (Law No. 57 of 1972) and the Enforcement Ordinance of the Industrial Safety and Health Law (Cabinet Ordinance No. 318 of 1972) in order to enforce the said Law.
