Article 14 (Machines etc. Subjected to Undergo Individual Examination)
  • The machines, etc. prescribed by the Cabinet Order set forth in paragraph (1) of Article 44 of the Act (excluding those which are clear not for domestic use.) shall be machines, etc. listed in follows:
    • (i) Among the emergency stopping devices of rolling mills for kneading rubber, rubber compounds or synthetic resin, the one having electrical braking mechanism;
    • (ii) Class-2 pressure vessels (excluding those used on ships subject to the Ship Safety Act and those subject to the Electric Utility Industry Act, the High Pressure Gas Control Act or the Gas Utility Industry Act);
    • (iii) Small-sized boilers (excluding those used on ships subject to the Ship Safety Act and those subject to the Electric Utility Act);
    • (iv) Small-sized pressure vessels (excluding those used on ships subject to the Ship Safety Act and those subject to the Electric Utility Act, High Pressure Gas Safety Act and the Gas Utility Act).
