Article 7 (Category of Industry, etc. Subject to Appoint an Overall Safety and Health Controller)
  • (1) The category of industry prescribed by the Cabinet Order set forth in paragraph (1) of Article 15 of the Act shall be the shipbuilding industry.
  • (2)The number of workers prescribed by the Cabinet Order set forth in the proviso of paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of Article 15 of the Act shall be the number prescribed in the following items corresponding to the work classification listed in the said items:
    • (i) The construction works of tunnel, etc., the construction works of bridge (limited to those works carried out at places prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as where the safe execution of work is threatened due to a confined worksite, etc.) or the work carried out by compressed air construction method: 30;
    • (ii) The works other than those listed in the preceding item: 50.
