- (iii) A person who has completed the training (excluding the one conducted by correspondence) of the construction machines operation course listed in the column of training courses of Appended Table 4 of the Enforcement Ordinance on the Human Resources Development and Promotion Act, among the basic training or the ability redeveloping training which are the statutory training of paragraph (1) of Article 27 of the Human Resources Development and Promotion Act.
- (iv) Other persons provided by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare
