| The Ordinance on Prevention of Ionizing Radiation Hazards shall be enacted
as follows conforming to the provisions of the Industrial Safety and Health
Law (Law No. 57 of 1972) and the Enforcement Order of Industrial Safety
and Health Law (Cabinet Order No. 318 of 1972) and in order to enforce
the said Law. |
