The Safety Ordinance for Cranes

(Ordinance of the Ministry of Labour No.34 September 30, 1972)

Based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act (Act No.57 of 1972) and in order to enforce the said Act, the Safety Ordinance for Cranes, etc., shall be enacted as follows.
