Article 1 (Date of Enforcement)

This Ordinance of the Ministry shall be come into effect as from October 1, 1972.

Article 2 (Repeal)

The Safety Ordinance of Gondola (the Ordinance of the Ministry of Labour No.23, 1969) shall be repealed.
