(1) Deaths by Industry

  The number of deaths resulting from occupational accidents decreased by 132, or 7.4%, compared with the preceding year. By industry, the number of deaths dropped by 51 (15.6%) in manufacturing, and dropped by 37 (5.7%) in construction and 7 (2.9%) for overland cargo transportation.
