Guidelines on the Preparation of Risk Management Manuals to Prevent Medical Accidents Established by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare


The Risk Management Standard Manual Committee of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has established Guidelines on the Preparation of the Risk Management Manuals after completing studies on standard manuals concerning the prevention of medical accidents and methods to deal with accidents occuring at the national hospitals, national sanatoriums and national centers.
 
These guidelines require the assignment of risk managers and the promotion of specific measures to prevent medical accidents.
