TrainingFirst KYT workshop was held in Malaysia

First KYT *workshop titled “KYT-Japanese Behavioral Approach” was conducted in Malaysia last December. This workshop was set forth on the request by NIOSH to JISHA as a two days’ NIOSH ergonomics seminar. An instructor was dispatched from the Zero Accident Promotion Department of JISHA. Participants learnt the theory of KYT activities, the methods of Point and Call, Touch and Call, KY Health Check and, above all, Basic 4-Round KY. Malaysia NIOSH is planning to hold another KYT seminar this year.


Note: KYT is an abbreviation of Japanese term for "hazard prediction training".
