Article 49
- (1) The employer who handles asbestos, etc., or manufactures them for the sake of research or examination shall, when intending to terminate this business, submit a Report on Records Related to Asbestos (Form No.6) to the Chief of the competent Labour Standards Inspection Office along with the following records listed below and individual medical examination cards on asbestos or copies thereof.
- (i) Records on work as stipulatedset forth in Article 35
- (ii) Records on measurements as stipulated set forth in paragraph (2) of Article 36, paragraph 2.
- (iii) Individual medical examination cards on asbestos as stipulatedset forth in Article 41.
