The Cabinet of Japan issued on 10th, June, 2015, the Order (Cabinet Order No. 249) for the enforcement of the parts of the Act (Act No. 82 of June 25, 2014) making partial amendments of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, mainly with respect to the point 2.(1) below (the review of the way that should be, of the appropriate control of the hazardous chemicals), among the said amendments.
The said Order prescribed the date of the enforcement mainly with respect to the said Point 2.(1) below, among the amendments of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, 1st, June, 2016.
