What kind of accident is about to happen?
A truck with a drag shovel on its flatbed tried to turn right from a slightly inclined farm road onto a paved road. Because the farm road was muddy, the truck's tires slipped and became stuck in the mud.
The truck driver has transferred to the hydraulic shovel and is trying to free the truck by pushing against the ground with the bucket claw.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
When the driver tried pushing against the ground with the claw of the bucket to push the truck out, the drag shovel slipped on the bed of the truck, lost its balance, and fell to the ground along with the driver.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. When transporting a drag shovel with a truck, do not operate the shovel while it is loaded on the truck bed except when loading and unloading the machine.
2. If the truck cannot get out of the mud under its own power, it should be pulled out by another vehicle or should be jacked up so that slip stoppers can be placed underneath it.
When transporting a drag shovel or similar equipment on a truck, be sure to secure it down with a wire rope.
