What kind of accident is about to happen?

Wet concrete for a retaining wall construction project is being loaded into the bucket of a hydraulic shovel. The arm of the shovel, which is parked on the edge of a shoulder, is being extended to pour the concrete into the wall frame. A worker is standing on the lower edge of the frame. When the shovel operator made a slight steering adjustment while trying to position the bucket properly, the shoulder collapsed, causing the front part of the crawler to tilt forward. The bucket then crashed into the worker who had been casting the concrete.
