What kind of accident is about to happen?
Logs are being collected using a bulldozer. To extend the tow wire from the winch of the bulldozer, the operator is trying to start the engine from the step, without actually sitting properly in the operator's seat.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
As soon as the operator started the engine, the bulldozer started to move backward, crushing the rear worker between the machine and the collected logs.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Before leaving the operator's seat, be sure to set the lock brake and shut off the engine.
2. When starting the engine, check the area around the machine and be aware of other workers. Call out a warning before turning the engine key.
3. If you must start the engine while other workers are nearby, assign someone to serve as a guide.
