What kind of accident is about to happen?
A worker is using a forklift to load cargo onto a truck.
The truck driver is sitting in the cab of the truck with the engine idling, waiting for the final item to be loaded.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
When the forklift began to back up after loading the final item, the truck driver began to pull away before the forks had completely come out of the pallets. The forklift therefore tipped over, pinning the forklift operator beneath it.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. When loading and unloading cargo, turn off a truck's engine.
2. Follow proper work procedures, establish signals, and make sure that everyone is familiar with them.
3. Truck drivers should perform a safety check before attempting to pull away.
