What kind of accident is about to happen?
At a distribution center, a load being transported on a forklift tilted forward and became unstable when the vehicle started to go down a ramp.
The operator is trying to turn the forklift around on the ramp so that he can go down the ramp backwards.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
While trying to turn the forklift around on the slope, the forklift lost its balance and fell over, pinning the operator beneath it.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Always approach inclines, whether ascending or descending, from straight on. Never cross inclines diagonally.
2. To change direction, return to a flat area first.
3. When you have poor visibility in front, or when going down a ramp, lower the load to the lowest position possible, and go down the ramp in reverse.
