What kind of accident is about to happen?
A worker has slightly raised the bed of his rough-terrain vehicle, although it was still loaded, to operate the vehicle's lower brake adjuster.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
The worker accidentally hit the dump lever, causing the bed to lower and crush him.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. When performing repairs, turn off the engine and be sure the control levers are all locked.
2. Do not perform repairs while the bed is loaded.
3. Take bed lowering prevention measures, such as installing safety blocks, and other safety precautions before performing work.
