What kind of accident is about to happen?
Animal feed bags are being loaded onto a truck using a forklift. The forklift operator is trying to back up from the site where the feed bags were hung onto the two forks.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
The driver suddenly turned the steering wheel to the right while the forklift was raised. The forklift tumbled over, pinning the operator beneath it.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Do not operate machinery when loads are unstable and high above the ground (loads should be carried about 15cm above the ground).
2. Do not turn or brake suddenly while operating machinery.
3. Use designated attachments, such as a crane arm, to transport loads.
