What kind of accident is about to happen?
A worker is trying to load four H-section steel beams (12m) onto a truck using a forklift.
A guide worker is waiting on the bed of the truck.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
The H-section steel suddenly slipped, causing both the guide worker and the H-section steel to fall off the truck. The worker was pinned beneath the beams.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Use appropriate loading machinery, such as a crane, when transporting and loading elongated objects.
2. If a forklift must be used, confirm that the load is securely fastened, insert the forks under the center of gravity of the load, and raise them to the appropriate height.
3. Operators should follow the instructions of guide workers when loading objects.
4. When dangers are foreseen, discuss ways to prevent accidents.
