What kind of accident is about to happen?
A seasoned forklift operator is sitting next to the operator's seat while showing a new operator how to operate the machine.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
The new operator accidentally performed the wrong maneuver, causing the forklift to run into one of the pillars at the site. The worker who had been training him was crushed between the support pillar and the forklift.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Do not operate a forklift when two people are riding on it.
2. When practicing forklift maneuvers, be especially attentive to your surroundings.
When providing hands-on training, trainers should use a vehicle equipped with a mechanism that allows them to ride safely alongside the trainee.
3. Trainers should carefully study the methods and procedures for safely training new workers in advance, in accordance with the training plan.
