What kind of accident is about to happen? |
While moving products in a warehouse using an order picking truck (a forklift used for loading and unloading materials, whose operator's seat moves up and down with the load platform), a worker is trying to stand on a shelf to adjust the position of the load on the palette.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

|
Look what happened! |
When the worker left the operator's seat and tried to step on the rack to adjust the position of the load, his foot slipped from the rack. He fell from the fourth tier along with the load.
