What kind of accident is about to happen?
To paint the beams (4m high) inside a factory, one worker is driving a forklift forward, while another worker is standing on a pallet that is raised up on the forklift.
Can you predict what's about to happen?

Look what happened!
The worker on the pallet lost his balance and fell to the ground.

Tips for preventing similar accidents
1. Do not stand on loads or pallets.
If work must be performed on a pallet, ensure that the machinery is in a location where it is not at risk of tumbling over, install handrails or a frame of an adequate height around the pallet, take necessary measures such as securing the pallet to the forks, and ensure that the worker uses a safety belt.
2. Use appropriate machines and equipment, such as aerial work platforms and scaffolding.
