While trying to push a light duty truck, a worker tore his Achilles' tendon.

The left front tire of a truck went off the side of a drainage ditch at the entrance to a repair site. When the worker tried to push the light duty truck out, he tore his left Achilles' tendon.

Corrective Action
1. When a vehicle has run off the road and gotten stuck, request a tow to pull it out.
2. Warm-up properly before moving heavy objects.
