When putting away a large hammer in the bed of a truck, the handle bounced up and hit a worker in his left eye.

When putting some tools away after finishing some repairs, a worker set a large hammer (20 kg.) down in the bed of a truck.
As soon as he let go of the hammer, the hammer lost its balance, and the end of the handle bounced up and hit him in the left eye.

Corrective Action
1. Clear up the place you work and place things directly on the floor. When you must place something on top of something else, check the condition of the place that you are setting things on.
2. Maintain your concentration until you have finished a job.
