ドイツ法定災害保険は2014年における労働災害及び通勤災害の統計を発表しました。

ドイツ法定災害保険（Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung；略称DGUV）は、このたび、2014年における労働災害及び通勤災害の統計を発表しました。

  • Within the scope of the accident insurance institutions for the industrial and public sectors, a total of 869,817 reportable work-related accidents occurred in 2014 which resulted either in death or in incapacity for work for more than three days, that's a decrease of 0.5 % in reportable work-related accidents. The risk of work-related accident per 1,000 full time equivalent employees （FTE） declined to 22.27 （- 1.0 %）.
  • 産業部門及び公務部門における災害保険者並びに地方自治体の災害保険者の協会のための法定の災害保険制度の適用の範囲で2014年における、死亡又は3日を超える休業をもたらした報告された作業関連災害の総数は、869,817件であり、前年に比較して0.5%の減少であった。作業関連災害のフルタイム等価換算労働者1,000人当たりの作業関連災害のリスクは、22.27に減少（減少率-1.0%）した。
  • In 2014, 14,540 serious work-related accidents were recorded which resulted in payment of a pension or death benefit. The risk of serious work-related accident per 1,000 full time equivalent employees （FTE） thus fell by 3.5 %, from 0.386 in 2013 to 0.372 in 2014. In addition, 483 fatal work-related accidents occurred.
  • 2014年には、14,540件の重大な作業関連災害が記録され、これらは年金の支払い又は死亡給付金の支給に繋がった。重大な作業関連災害のフルタイム等価換算労働者（FTE）1,000人当たりのリスク（※）は、3.5%減少して、2013年の0.386から2014年の0.372に減少した。加えて、483件の作業関連死亡事故が起こった。
  • The 174,240 reportable commuting accidents in the industrial and public sectors constitute a noticeable decrease compared to the previous year, from 4.08 to 3.75 per 1,000 insurance relationships.
  • 産業部門及び公務部門で報告された通勤災害174,240件は、前年と比較して1,000保険関係当たり4.08から3.75へと目立った減少を見せた。
  • The 4,997 new commuting accident pensions represent a reduction in the accident risk per 1,000 insurance relationships, from 0.113 per 1,000 insurance relationships in 2013 to 0.108 in 2014 （- 4.8 %）. The number of fatal commuting accidents slightly increased from 317 to 322.
  • 4,997件の新たな年金給付対象となる通勤災害は、1,000保険関係当たり、2013年の0.113から2014年の0.108に（減少率4.8%）減少した。死亡通勤災害は、317件から322件へと若干増加した。
 
※訳者注：
この「フルタイム相当の労働者1,000人当たりの作業関連災害のリスク」については、日本の「産業別年千人率」がそれに相当するデータであると考えられる。2013年における日本のこれらのデータは、製造業で2.8、建設業で5.0、陸上貨物運輸業では8.3（資料出所：いずれも労働者死傷病報告、総務省労働力調査から厚生労働省発表）とされているので、ドイツにおける労働災害発生率は、日本のものよりは高いと推定される。
